Product Description |
Plenty of people want washboard abs, but not everyone wants to do the crunches required to trim the flab. Enter the Ab Circle Pro, a fast and easy way to give your body the sexy V shape you've always wanted.
A 3-minute workout on the Ab Circle Pro is equivalent to more than 100 sit-ups. | Made with gym-quality steel built to last a lifetime, the Ab Circle Pro gets you off the ground and targets your entire core, from one side to the other and from front to back. As you pivot your lower body on the Ab Circle Pro's unique friction-free track, you'll boost your cardio rate while also challenging your upper, middle, and lower abs at the same time. The exercise even targets your obliques in the same simple, fun, fat-burning motion. It's like a treadmill for your abs, but much more efficient. The Ab Circle Pro offers three resistance levels, making it appropriate for both beginners and more advanced users. In addition, it takes only a few minutes per day to get a complete ab workout, as three minutes on the device is the equivalent of more than 100 sit-ups. And not only does the Ab Circle Pro help you lose your love handles, but it also helps trim and tone your buns, hips, and thighs. The Ab Circle Pro--which folds up for easy storage under the bed or in the closet--comes with a 3-Minute Express Workout DVD and a Lose Your Love Handles nutritional guide. Special Product Information If you need new rollers for your Ab Circle Pro, contact the manufacturer at 1-800-983-6905 for a free roller upgrade kit. |

Seeing the Difference!!

Pros:
1. Trains the Core Muscles, something traditional machines don't do very well
2. Easy to use after you get the hang of it
3. Results in 5-6 weeks if you stick with it and do it every day
4. No Quality issues after 2 months of daily usage
Cons:
1. Awkward at first. If you don't focus on your exact movements and muscle groups, you end up training your arms and not your abs.
2. Can hurt your back if you don't do what I mention in #1.
Bottom line, don't let 3-4 sessions discourage you as it takes a little bit to get it right. The AbCircle along with the right diet and some form of Cardio Exercise have produced results for me.

| I ordered this about two weeks ago. It took few days to take it out of the box. Assembly took about 30 minutes which is very accurate to what it stated in the instructual manual. The first day, I was on it for about 10 minutes, 2nd day about 5 minutes and yesterday I was on it for 19 minutes. I think patience is more important and I've fine tuned my eating. I realize that my tummy didn't get this way overnight and I hope that I can start seeing some results in a few months. I'm not going to give up. So what there's a little paint coming off the unit. Does it matter? It still works and I notice that I've had a little energy. I've incorporated my Spinner Bike along with this unit and I'm feeling the differnce already. It may be more psycological but I plan on sticking with this for a while. It's better than being a couch potato. |
I don't know what all the bad reviews are about.

I received the 'Ab Circle Pro' this afternoon. Wow! I love this machine. It's fun and it gives a cardio workout with the toning. Put on your favorite music and go to town. I felt the burn when I did the one side at a time workout. My workout was a short 5 minutes and I felt like I'd done 10 minutes worth of floor crunches. The inner/outer thigh (remove the center brace bar) workout takes a little getting used to and muscle control. I even felt a slight burn in my triceps from bracing my upper body on the handle bars.
The metal framing on the machine seems to be of a good quality. The red part in the center isn't really needed for support and it's made out of a thick plastic (no issue there). It sits firmly on the floor and doesn't rock around or tip. The knee cups have not caused me any concern. I don't even have to use the four additional paddings inserted for comfort.
I only need to loose approximately 30 pounds so my weight probably won't cause the wheels to melt down (like some of the added pictures of other customers) or groove inward. I checked the wheels after I worked out (and after my son worked out) and didn't even find a scratch on the frame or wheels.
I plan to do 3 five minute workouts a day to see if my core gets strong enough to start palates (which are hard for me right now). |
Awesome!

I got one of these about 4 weeks ago and am shocked at how fun and easy this is to use. This has really helped to strenghten my stomach and mid section. It moves easily and I vary the speed/intensity just by technique. Which changing the technique makes it fun and enjoyable for me...it is Awesome!
UPDATE 11/13/09:
I'VE NOW BEEN USING THIS FOR OVER 2 MONTHS (ABOUT 15MINS EVERY MWF) AND THIS HAS TRUELY BEEN AWESOME FOR ME! I'VE LOST 17 POUNDS AND MY ENERGY HAS GONE UP ALOT! I'M NOW USING MY ARMS MORE AND GETTING SOME TRICEP AND BICEP WORK. MINE STILL MOVES EASILY AND HAS NOT BOTHERED ANY PART OF MY BODY. I DO STRETCH FOR A COUPLE MINS TO WARM UP AND THEN I GET ON IT AND IT GETS MY HEART RATE UP AND I SWEAT PRETTY GOOD. ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE...CLEANING UP MY SWEAT. IT CONTINUES TO GIVE ME A GREAT WRKOUT! I'VE ACTUALLY STARTED KEEPING A LOG FOR HOW LONG I DO EACH TYPE OF MOVEMENT AND TECHNIQUE. FOR ME, THIS HAS BEEN WELL WORTH IT!!! |

Um well I have a gym at my house and I got this for a birthday present to try it out. I like working out, people give me comments about how good I look. That gives me confidence. :D I put it together with it was easy and I tried it out. I didn't get the hang of it untill today but you break it in and learn how to use each machine. At first yes you feel it more in your arms... but thats because you abs are weak... so your arms need to help. After I used it for a month, today I found a way to just use my abs. You keep your arms still, don't pull try to just use your abs. I also own a lot of other ab exercises machines like The AB Wheel, The AB Lounge, A Power Tower, Medicine ball... So I workout my abs all different ways but the ab circle pro really works out your sides. Which I don't get on other machines...
I have tried the AB rocket but that machine isn't worth the money. Same thing with ab belts. I think both of those are a joke/scam. But yeah I'm always looking for new equipment to get the job done better. :D This is one of the machines I like, just have to know how to use it the right way. If you have problems goto [...] watch and read about these things. Use your common knowledge and logic and have some determination to figure out what your doing wrong. At Gold's GYM I see many people doing things the wrong way all the time. Just because they don't like reading a bit. It's awful ha ha :D |
